Triple P Self-Help & Parent Resources
Triple P Self Help is based around the book Every Parent: A Positive approach to children’s behavior and the Every Parent’s Self Help Workbook. This level of Triple P is designed for families wanting a self-help program that they can work through at home.
Triple P Self Help is a really practical week by week, step by step course giving you an active role in a structured, self-help, parenting skills program. It will guide you through a 10-week series of reading and practice tasks to help you deal with the demands of caring for, supervising, educating and managing your child/children.
Additional recommended resource materials are also listed for each week of the program. The video/DVD entitled Every Parent's Survival Guide can also be used as part of this self-help program.
